Another project recently completed in Belfast
This entailed making an existing bungalow into a two storey house with a side extension and a complete refurbishment of all existing rooms complete with new gas heating system and a complete rewire of the property.
New kitchen, new utility room, new bathrooms, new staircase etc.
The building had restricted access issues but all were overcome.

Is the wooden effect a tile?

Client’s project in Moira
We have just completed works to an existing basement (3 rooms)
The existing walls are of stone construction and there was a fairly serious ingress of water.
A specialist survey also identified that the basement had dry rot and wood worm.
We used specialist Fosroc products to water proof the basement walls and then plastered over these coatings.
Due to the dry rot of several of the flooring joists forming the basement ceiling we had to install a number of new joists in between the existing joists as there are two retail units directly above the basement and they could not be disrupted.
Specialists were appointed to drill all of the other basement walls and to treat all existing walls and all wood work (existing and newly installed) for dry rot and wood worm.
Existing flooring had to be removed & replaced in one of the retail units directly above the basement.
Walls had to be treated within the retail unit and woodworm prevention treatment installed
The project also consisted of a complete office refurbishment with walls & ceilings plastered, new wooden flooring installed , new doors, skirting & architrave installed and painting & decorating
